If you’re over 35 years of age, you may have noticed your appearance, waistline & sex life falling victim to the combined horrors of hormonal & libidinal decrease compounded by stress! If you would like to do something about it please read on! It is important you experience intimacy and exercise in more productive ways that "address your stress & restart the hormonal headstart" you had until you were 35! ->...& science proves you can! Deeper, Spirituality provides the capacity to fulfill it! Regular sex & exercise- even Spiritually based sex & exercise/healthy eating - as we know them - though wonderful- are no longer viable, given the incredible stress and strain of modern living. At least not if you seek to increase both quality and quantity of life- vitality & longevity... Also knowing what to do is only part of it. The greater difficulty seems to be our emotional overwhelm & an ability to begin & sustain the practice and lifestyle through our setbacks, backsliding & rebounding! ... oh...and let's not forget self-judgment! Have you noticed this? That said, I am- in no way, discrediting any of these methods because I have learned from & honor all of them. "I am not saying they are incorrect- more so incomplete!" Beyond hormones mentioned earlier-> Combined & catalyzed with- and by -chronic stress which causes emotional & physical pain comes-> “Age onset Responsibilities” ->(bills, kids, work, relationship issues) …and your energy, self-confidence, self-esteem and feelings of attractiveness seem to plummet faster than our economy!

These are all efforts to cope with what I call "Emotional & Intimate Hungers" Each further increases your aging and weight gain woes, decreases your metabolism, immune system, self-esteem and attraction while amazingly increasing credit debt. Dr. Oz says the number one cause of bankruptcy in America is health issues! “When smart people find themselves in a vicious cycle, they stop peddling!” The above mentioned are actually not problems, but symptoms of subconscious issues- -that You had no way of knowing existed or were given the skill set and patience to handle!
Science shows 95% of how we, think, feel and act is due to subconscious conditioning.
It is a given that “most people” suffer from some type of childhood or current familial dysfunction, traumatic occurrence, peer or social pressure, relationship or sexual abuse that they cover-up with one or many self-sabotaging coping systems-> the “bad habits!”
All relationships are between humans with histories & habits- theirs & yours! Remember- "You must become what you want to attract!"- ....even in the relationship you're already in...!
