The Passion

I spent years performing in clubs, ending up in the sweltering heat of the Miami Beach night clubs for play, where the Latin and Arabic beats pounded in my heart like rhythmic depth chargers until dawn. There, my hips spoke louder than my lips and they did not lie. In the early morning hours I walked the beaches with the sound of the tide crashing—bathing the beaches in the same way my higher energies met my lower energies. I looked skyward to see the midnight sun kiss the dawn good morning as it rose over the palm trees and it reminded me of what Nietzsche says, “If the trees branches are to reach to the heavens its roots must reach to hell!” What we consider hell or even our demons are really our wrongly, repressed or unexpressed creative energies.

What is evil but good tortured by it’s own hunger and thirst?
When good is hungry it seeks food even in dark caves, and when thirsty it drinks even of dead waters
!”~Kahlil Gibran

As a Spiritual and Romantic Fitness Trainer and Counselor, I realize the most important thing to instill in you is passion! Without passion you will not attempt or attain anything worthwhile, because most anything worthwhile will require you to move through a fear and beyond your comfort zone. It is important to instill in you the need and skill to be passionate, while at the same time remaining playful and peaceful. This is what will truly allow you to make your life and love great!

Remember, the universe responds only to your emotional involvement. As Rumi says, “The wailing of broken hearts is the doorway to the divine.” Everybody who has ever felt the burn in their muscles to build a better body has heard the gym saying, “No pain no gain.” My interpretation of Rumi goes a little deeper. “No agony, no ecstasy!” Agony is the seed of ecstasy. The term “the agony” can be associated with the agony of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, where he prayed before being arrested. He dug deep and chose to stay. He embraced when he could have escaped! His passion was exhibited through his choosing to suffer for what he believed in. We have all had “Gethsemane Moments,” where we chose to dig deep and believe in what we could be and ourselves. By digging deep we generate a higher vibrational energy because, good or bad, what we feed grows and if we choose to feed awakened passion, this is what attracts a more passionate partner—a more conscious lover! So let me show you how to dig deep within yourself and find or create the passion that will transform you!

The word passion comes from the Greek pascho, and the Latin passio which means to suffer or that for which you are willing to suffer, for what you believe in. So, do you believe in yourself? Do you want to believe in someone? Remember, you must become what you want to attract, not only in love, but also in life.
