My Philosophy in 5 Simple Steps (to extend & make better the best years of your life)

• Spiritual – Relaxing Meditation, Resolve & Resilience Perseverance -because you may be addicted to stress habits- (it's needed daily to recondition your subconscious!)
  

• Supplements & Sustenance-aiding brain function, cell repair & regeneration (most effective natural supplements for brain/body balance & cell repair)
  

• Sleep- for the purpose of renewal and repair (6- 8hrs)

If positive creative sex energy is repressed or kept from expression, it will negatively or destructively express itself as outward violence (towards others) or inward violence (against oneself). External disharmony or war is always first an expression of internal disharmony. Like the sausage effect where you block off something one way and it’ll come out the other!
