The Marsage’ Method (Mars Massage=Marsage’) This unique sensual massage, developed by Billy Sunday Mars, can be taught to individuals or couples. It was initially designed for women but when women do it for men it is equally beneficial and pleasurable. It is an intimate form of relaxing, healing and if desired, stimulating your partner. It concentrates on nurturing and honoring the womb area (even after a hysterectomy) an in doing so, relieving pain and freeing trapped energy and emotional trauma in the hips, glutes, pelvic area and spine. These techniques include: · Deep work in the neck and shoulder region, continuing into the temple and face area if she desires. The pectoral area around the collarbone has a wonderful effect on both men and women. · Work on the sacral area (back of hips and spine) up the spine to occipital bone area (the cranial sacral) and cervical (atlas bone). Sacral tapping may be used to stimulate the sacral nerve area housing the pelvic and pudendal nerves. · External Perineum Massage/Women and Men A more intimate massage may begin by working consciously with the muscles of the pelvic and perineum floor, which adds tremendously to the potency of their/your release experience. By massaging and thus relaxing and stretching PC and surrounding muscles, it increases the contraction potential and thus the power of their/your release experience. If desired, this can lead to internal perineum techniques. For women, this entails inner and outer labial, clitoral and vaginal massage although, (unless asked for) not to stimulate to release. Her inner vaginal walls are gently massaged allowing her to feel and experience her fullness. And last but least, and in a nurturing way unless requested otherwise, is the G-Spot massage. If she also allows it, a cervix massage is also a beautiful experience for her. If actual sex occurs after this, unless she just wants to enjoy her present level of sensation or arousal, will have been more than sufficiently warmed up. She will be very receptive and much easier to stimulate to repeated profound and potent releases. Check out the Fit For Love book about where the men’s stimulation points can be found!
