Having trouble starting or sticking with a diet or exercise program?

The reason has less to do with good intentions and more with the fact emotions are thousands of times stronger than mind you made up to diet or exercise. Innercise or what I call ->Emotional Management combines brain and body sciences with spirituality to help you lower stress, ad slow the down the aginig process so you can build a better body, life and love life!

Innercise helps you understand (finally) yourself and learn to work with what goes on inside you - especially during stressful times. Remember, cortisol is released when you're stressed which makes you hold fat around your midsection (so much for sexy symmetry)!

Using force or momentum to move resistance or giving up prematurely in the face of it, not only does your body no good, but the release of adrenaline in fight or flight mode weakens your immune system. It also perpetuates the unconscious negative conditioning that may permeate your life. My training will help you make the positive transition that will condition you for further success in more areas far beyond the gym!

Physical fitness is dependent on both the laws of physics and your psychology. In the same way that a tree is only as strong as its roots, your emotional, mental and spiritual muscles need to be trained in order to even develop physical muscle.

The first thing we do, is help you get back into your body, to feel alive, energized, vital. We use training techniques adapted from martial, tantric, and athletic arts to lay the foundation which secures and ensures your success. Did I mention it's fun!
