3 Main Myths About Men when Seeking Women:...and the Truth is...

“When you’re under 30 you have the body you're born with, when you're over 40- the body you’ve earned!”

MYTH 1:
People, especially men, are looking for someone younger.
TRUTH:
People are looking for someone healthier!  ->

Health = Youth

Youth= the rate in which your body heals, repairs, rebuilds or even builds itself.

For women-more muscle means higher metabolism & more curves!

MYTH 2:
Skinny equals healthy.

TRUTH:
Most men don't like models-
Real men love real women & real women have curves!

MYTH 3:
Yoga and Pilates give you a better body- this is actually true.
They deliver on their promise to tone you -but –

TRUTH
Pilates is great for Posture, Yoga is great for Inner Peace-
unfortunately by themselves, not outer "Curves"!

Neither- due to “Laws of Physics” can provide enough resistance, anaerobic or aerobic capacity to trigger the release of Growth Hormones or DHEA which are essential if you want to “be” younger, have a higher metabolism and not just be skinnier!

Here I may bring a sigh of relief along with a much needed revelation-
Skinny, like clothes, especially skinny jeans and,
Pardon my honesty, but this is consensus among men –
Tight cute little Yoga Butts that look- 'way too much like a guy’s butt' are what women prefer to show off and talk about for other women.

Squats Ladies, lots and lots of Squats!

Squats increase healing hormones that keep you young and, yes I'm going to say it,

- as Fergie puts it, give you->"Humps -those Lovely Lady Lumps!"

Those lovely lady lumps signal fertility and -like virilty in men, make us more attractive to each other subconsciously and biologically.

The hormones released also contribute to boosting your metabolism so the "war with your waistline" can be won giving you that totally unfair, to us guys, hip to waist ratio that we are biologically designed to bow down to.

This is not about objectifying either women or men but about "Natural Selection" of the -Healthiest mate we can find- which hopefully includes psychologically as well as spiritually healthy!
