MYTH 3: Squats Ladies, lots and lots of Squats! Squats increase healing hormones that keep you young and, yes I'm going to say it, - as Fergie puts it, give you->"Humps -those Lovely Lady Lumps!" Those lovely lady lumps signal fertility and -like virilty in men, make us more attractive to each other subconsciously and biologically. The hormones released also contribute to boosting your metabolism so the "war with your waistline" can be won giving you that totally unfair, to us guys, hip to waist ratio that we are biologically designed to bow down to. This is not about objectifying either women or men but about "Natural Selection" of the -Healthiest mate we can find- which hopefully includes psychologically as well as spiritually healthy! |
